An Alternative to Sympathy Flowers

The reason I started Grief Gifts was simple: I was searching for a meaningful alternative to sympathy flowers.

It never felt quite right to me to send flowers - already cut, already dying - to someone in deep grief, only to watch them wither even more in the days ahead.

That’s when I began curating a small range of thoughtful keepsakes: beautiful, lasting gifts wrapped in Australian-made paper, each accompanied by a handwritten card. Something they could hold onto. Something that wouldn’t fade.

Due to growing demand, Grief Gifts has since expanded to include funeral guest books, grief journals, and our signature sympathy gift boxes.
