Shipping & Delivery

I understand that your order carries deep meaning and often a sense of urgency. Every gift is prepared with care, wrapped with intention and sent as quickly as possible, so your person can feel your love and support. All orders are a flat rate of $15. 

Perth Metro Delivery

Perth metro orders are delivered by courier, with the following options available:

  • Same-business-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 9am.

  • Next-business-day delivery: Available for orders placed after 9am.

Delivery timeframes are based on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Weekend Delivery

Weekend delivery may be available for addresses within 10km of Mullaloo, by arrangement. As my courier partner does not operate on weekends, these deliveries are personally arranged at my discretion and subject to availability.

Australia-Wide Express Shipping

Orders outside the Perth metro delivery area are sent via Australia Post Express Post, with delivery typically taking approximately 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rate: $15 flat-rate Express Post shipping Australia-wide.

Dispatch & Tracking

  • Fast Dispatch: Orders are prepared and sent within 1 business day.
  • Careful Packaging: Every gift is thoughtfully wrapped and securely packaged to help it arrive safely.
  • Tracking: You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible at griefgifts.com.au@gmail.com so I can help make things right.

Delivery Notes

If no one is home, Australia Post or the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place. If this isn't possible, they may leave a collection card or redirect your parcel to a nearby Post Office or collection point.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them at checkout. I'll always do my best to accommodate these where possible.
